Terms of service

These terms are between Omnivera Digital Media ("VelaLive", "we"), a sole establishment licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, and the garage that signs up ("you").

The service

VelaLive connects an AI assistant to your WhatsApp Business number. It answers your customers, quotes from the price list you give us, books jobs within your opening hours, and sends you job cards, alerts and a weekly summary. You can read every conversation and reply yourself at any time.

Price and payment

• AED 799 a month, invoiced monthly in advance and payable within 7 days of the invoice.
• A one-time setup fee of AED 1,000, waived for the first five garages.
• If the assistant books no job for you in your first month, you don't pay for that month.
• We give 30 days' notice before any price change.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time by message. The service stops at the end of the month you've paid for, and no further invoices are sent. We can also end the service with 30 days' notice, or straight away if an invoice is unpaid for 30 days or the service is misused.

Your part

• Keep your price list, hours and rules up to date with us. The assistant only says what you've given it.
• Final prices, diagnosis and the work itself are yours. The assistant quotes "from" prices and says the final price comes after inspection.
• Follow WhatsApp's Business and Commerce Policies, and only message customers the way those policies allow.
• Keep your WhatsApp Business and Meta accounts in good standing. They stay yours.

Our part

• Set up and run the assistant, and fix wrong answers when you or we spot them.
• Handle your customers' data as our privacy policy describes.
• Tell you promptly if the service is down.

Limits

The assistant can make mistakes, and the service depends on WhatsApp, Meta and other providers we don't control, so we can't promise it will run without interruption. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost jobs or lost profit. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
