Questions
Do I need a new number?
Usually not. We check your current WhatsApp Business number during the call and tell you the options before anything changes.
What if it says something wrong?
It only quotes from the price list you give us, always as "from" prices, and says the final price comes after inspection. Anything it is unsure about goes to you.
Can I see the conversations?
Yes. Every chat is saved and you can step in and reply yourself at any time.
Does it tell customers it's a bot?
If someone asks, yes. It introduces itself as your garage's assistant and offers a call from your team.
